These terms cover use of this website. They are not the terms of any engagement: work is contracted separately and in writing.

Who we are

This site is operated by AutoDrive/Z, a trading name of Zach Johnson, a sole trader. Contact: custom.solutions@autodrivez.co.uk. A correspondence address is provided on request and confirmed in writing before any engagement.

Using the site

You may read this site and share links to it. You may not copy its text, design, diagrams or code for use elsewhere, attempt to gain access to areas you have not been granted, or use automated means to extract its content in bulk.

The portfolio area

• Access is granted personally, to a named individual, and is not transferable. Do not share your sign-in link or password.
• The material behind the login includes commercially confidential information about past programmes. It is shared so you can assess our work. It is not for onward distribution, publication or use in a competitive process.
• Access is logged, including which documents are opened and when.
• Access may be withdrawn at any time, without needing a reason.

What the information on this site is, and is not

Figures describing past work are drawn from our own project records. Where a figure is shown as a range, or a customer is unnamed, that is deliberate and reflects confidentiality obligations to former employers and clients. Statistics attributed to third parties are cited with their source and are their work, not ours.

Nothing on this site is advice on which you should act without talking to us about your own situation, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of past outcomes are not a promise of future results.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and correct but do not guarantee either. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption.
